Isopoda Geneline Fixes and Balances

I like electrical isopods, but Isopoda Geneline has its problems, so I made it to my liking, and I hope it'll match yours too.

This simple mod changes the Isopoda head to not have a sick lightning cast ability, because the head is supposed to be a bad thing. In return, you get a gene that allows you to do lightning head without the head cosmetic, for both insectors and the other gene menu.

This also makes it so that you can't get pawns wearing the isopoda head cosmetic unless they have the gene, which was originally caused by a conflict with Ideology, since it was classified as a hair, and Ideology freaks out about hair.

You may get an error when you make a pawn with the isopoda head, but it's nothing to worry about as far as I can tell.
