Item Policies Mod for RimWorld

The Item Policies Mod offers players a tool to designate specific items for pawns to carry in their inventories, enhancing strategic inventory management and gameplay.

Features:

Distinct Inventory Management: This mod has a similar functionality with Carry More mod, with a totally different underlining implementation. The Item Policies Mod allows players to directly search for and set item quantities without delving into XML file modifications.

Customizable Item Policies: Within the Item Policies main menu, players can establish item policies for individual pawns. The mod introduces a feature to copy and paste these settings between pawns, with the pasting function combining the policies.

Inventory Check Mechanism: Consistent with standard RimWorld mechanics, pawns periodically review their inventory for medicine, typically every 6000 to 9000 ticks. This mod ensures pawns also assess their inventory for both medicine and items specified in the policies within a similar game tick range.

User HawnHan has reported that when using with UI Not Included: Customizable UI Overhaul, that mod might hide ItemPolicy tab button when you remove ItemPolicy and add it back. It can be easily added back if you check the UI mod's settings. If you could not find the tab button for ItemPolicy, try to find whether you have any of those UI mod and check their settings.
