Just a Little Dirt

Makes it so dirt isn't always a huge hit to beauty, it isn't a glitterworld after all.

I had gotten tired of colonist complaining their decent room is horrible because a few people kept walking thur leaving a few spots of dirt. This mod will change the beauty impact from -15 to -4 and outside is -1. Note this will not change the cleanleness of the rooms, so its still a good idea to keep the rooms clean.
