神州和中世纪大修的CE补丁，因为神州自带的CE补丁对于中世纪来说过于超模了。所以我修改了一下，将神州护甲的锐器穿透和钝器穿透下调一半。同时修改了一下武器的数据，用于适配中世纪大修。本来也想要修改一下弓弩伤害的，但改了半天发现改不了，又懒得新做一种弹药，懂的大佬可以教教我。
