[KYD] Drug Safety Filters

I have decided to leave the RimWorld modding scene. Anyone may freely update this or any other mod. All credit must be preserved. Original description below with images unembedded:

Combined version of my two previous mods, Always and Never Safe Drug Categories, Drug Safety Filters does the following:

Creates two new categories in the Storage and Assign (if applicable) UI's, allowing better visual sorting of what drugs can be safely consumed without fear of addiction (vanilla: Penox) or never safely used (vanilla: Flake, Go-juice, Luciferium, Wake-up, Yayo). Does not remove the items from the primary Drugs (or other) lists.

- Creates a simple category for any drug or item that can be safely consumed without fear of addiction. By default, will only have Penox unless you have mods that add additional items.

Works in the Assign Food tab and Storage - does NOT make any changes to the Drug assign tab.

Useful if you, like the user that requested this, use a ton of mods!
