Currently Changes:
- Dubs Rimatomics: Error with the SkilLevel english string. Overwrites it back to vanilla default.
- Vanilla Psycasts Expanded: Adds a post-process curve to Psychic Sensitivity to reduce psycast costs.
- General: Adds a post-process curve to Aim Time, Movement Speed, and Trade Price to temper their effects, preventing highly modded pawns from going completely out of control.
- General: Adds new language keys for skill levels 21 through 100.
