This mod adds a tracker that oversees each sleeping colonist in the map. This tracker slightly adjusts their rest need so they recover the rest need a little bit slower or faster so they match the wake up time they have assigned in the schedule panel. Think of this as a sleep synchronization, or sleep sync mod.
By default, it perform checks and calculates deltas every 350 ticks, and makes a relative adjustment of the rest need not greater that 8% of whatever real delta any given colonist has to avoid unrealistic behavior. Anyway, both of this values are configurable.
With the default settings, a couple of days are enough for de-synched colonists to catch up with their assignments.
Safe to add mid-game?
Yes! And as this mod is only a map tracker, you can remove it anytime without issues.
When to load this mod?
I think that at any position will be fine.
