Simple Set of Tweaks to the Lustrous Leotards Plush Head Band and High Heels. The Plush Head Band Now Add a Social Buff Due to How Cute They Make you Look and Adds a Slave Suppression Offset Due to The Mockery of Being Forced to Wear Them. The Head Band's Layer has Been Altered so it only Covers the Head and Ears. To Compensate the High Heels Were Reduced to +5% Social Buff and +10% Slave Suppression a overall decrease of 5% to each effect.
