Removes all the meme requirements from any precept in the game.

Simply place after anything that adds/edits precepts/memes
Since this is a simple patch on an unchanging tag, it should work for all future versions of the game without updates!

FAQ
- Why was the mod compatibility changed to just 1.6
because I added a soft dependency (XML Extensions) and they made quite a few changes in 1.6 making earlier versions incompatible. If you want to use it on earlier versions load this mod before XML Extensions. - A role/ritual added by a mod is being auto selected
Load XML Extensions before this mod. It has better patching features that allow me to detect precept issue inheritance (fully exclude roles/rituals) - I want roles/rituals to not require a meme

- change the settings for this mod
- reload the game
