Mimic Slime Rimtalk Patch

Note: This mod is an expansion for Mimic Slime - Deliria and RimTalk If you encounter any bugs, please first check if the main mod is the latest version.

Introduction

Vanilla RimTalk treats a mimicked slime as just an ordinary human. With this patch installed, the AI will clearly know: Who the true slime is Who the "false identity" created by mimicry is The real personality and memories of the original slime behind the mimic From now on, slime conversations will no longer feel out of place.

Main Features

Knowledge Base: The mod folder contains a basic Deliria race knowledge base provided by the author; import it manually if needed. Mimicry Awareness Correction: Automatically identifies slimes and mimicked identities in conversations. Injects context into the AI: "A mimics B." Smart Profile Injection: Optionally sends the original slime's complete profile: Backstories (childhood/adulthood) Trait list Ideology RimTalk personality Memory data (requires RimTalk Expand Memory) Fully Customizable: Modify prompt templates in real-time via mod settings. Supports custom formatting. Each information module can be toggled independently. If Expand Memory is installed: Using or being targeted by Absorb/Mimicry abilities, or being transformed into a Deliria, will add corresponding memories.

Usage Instructions

Ensure RimTalk is installed and your API Key is configured. In Mod Settings → Mimic Slime RimTalk Patch: Adjust prompt templates. Check the profile information you want sent. Critical Step: Insert {{mimicslimeinfo}} in an appropriate place within your RimTalk prompt—usually below the character profile in conversations—or mimicry information will not be sent! Enter the game and let your slime start talking. Tip: If you don't need profile details, turning off the corresponding switches can reduce token consumption.
