More Caliber Textures Patch for CE+ CZARsenal

Simple XML only patch for CE+ CZARsenal's weapon ammo, using the lovely textures from More Caliber Textures mod by Keshash.

Changes made as follows:

30-06 Springfield and 7.62x54mmR now use the Rifle Clip cartridge icons instead of the NATO/Generic Battle Rifle cartridge icons.
(imo these cartridges are closer to the .303 British than 7.62 NATO in size, I wanted to make that distinction more clear.)

9x53mmR now uses the Soviet Battle Rifle cartridge icons instead of the default icons.
(9x53mmR is comparable to 7.62 NATO in size)

12.5x40mm and 7.62x38mmR now use the Revolver Speedloader cartridge icons instead of the default pistol ammo icons.
(both of these are rimmed revolver cartridges irl)
