Recommended Mods:

Fluffy's Music Manager - Customise what plays when or mute certain tracks. Also displays a Now Playing widget.

Use Playlist instead for managing and showing music ingame.

No Vanilla Music - Cancels out vanilla music so it won't compete with music added by mods, but honestly the vanilla music is pretty awesome so it's up to you. (May be outdated)
