NM - Energy Tab
Your colony's power system in one tab. Compare generation and consumption, find unpowered devices, and keep track of battery reserves.
- Map overview and individual networks. Generation, actual consumption, balance and battery charge for the current map or selected network. Show network moves the camera to its buildings and selects them.
- Visible problems. Counters for no power, breakdowns, disconnected devices and EMP open the matching devices.
- Consumers and generators. Search, sorting, state filters, device counts and power shares. Open a group to inspect individual buildings and locate them on the map.
- Power and charge history. Charts for 5, 15 or 60 minutes, highlighted deficits and values on hover.
- Discharge forecast. Select a connected network to estimate remaining battery time in game hours at the current load.
RimWorld 1.6. No DLC, Harmony or other mods required. English and Russian interface. The mod displays data and does not change electricity mechanics.
Includes player-owned buildings on the current map using the standard power system. Custom energy systems from other mods may not appear. A positive map balance does not guarantee power in every separate network.
What do the chart minutes mean?
Real time excluding pauses. A snapshot is taken every 5 seconds; game speed does not change this interval.
Is history saved?
The last 60 minutes of map history are saved with the colony. Individual network history is collected during the current session and resets when network membership changes; it starts over after loading.
How accurate is the battery forecast?
It is an estimate at current consumption and generation, excluding self-discharge and charging losses. Weather and devices switching on change the estimate. Disconnected batteries count toward map inventory, but not a connected network's forecast.
Can I add or remove it in an existing save?
The mod adds no items or research, but adding and removing it in existing saves has not yet been separately tested.
