No Prosthetics Over Healthy

A mod to hide medieval and prosthetic surgery bills for healthy body parts. For those who
don't want the option to replace a healthy leg with a prosthetic one.

Bionic and utility prosthetics (such as the drill arm, power claw, field hand, etc.) will still show up as normal.
