No Thunder Flash

Lightning effects can hurt your eyes, so this mod prevents lightning weather from occurring.
（To be precise, it will end instantly if it does occur.）
It’s even worse when playing at double speed, right?

雷のエフェクトが目にくるので、雷の天候発生を抑止します。
（正確には発生しても一瞬で終わります。）
倍速プレイだと尚更ですよね。
