• Negotiation ability: +25% -> +10%
• Trade price improvement: +20% -> +3% (comparable to 2 levels of social skill instead of 13)

Worksies:

• Global work speed: +25% -> +10%
• Construction success chance: +25% -> +10%
• Repair success chance: +25% -> +10%

Gunsies:

• Movement speed: +0.75 -> +0.1
• Aiming time: -25% -> -10%
• Shooting accuracy: +2 -> +0.2
• Melee dodge chance: +2 -> +0.2
• Removed auto-repairing

Included changes for kids variants.
Havenn't changed simplies, as they don't have any stat offsets.
