Grow fully functional, lab-cultivated organs using the Organ Incubator—a high-tech vat capable of producing synthetic hearts, lungs, kidneys, and livers for transplants or trade.

Grow fully functional, lab-cultivated organs using the Organ Incubator—a high-tech vat capable of producing synthetic hearts, lungs, kidneys, and livers for transplants or trade.

It'll cost you an arm and a leg—well, actually, to be more specific, it'll cost you a heart, liver, kidney, and lung. The carnage is worth the yield if you plan things right.

How It Works:

  • Unlocking: Requires Organ Incubation research (750 points, Hi-Tech Research Bench + Multi-Analyzer).
  • Building: Construct the Organ Incubator from the Production tab (1x1 tile, -10 beauty, needs 8 Construction skill). Choose the target organ to grow from the Organ Incubator menu.
  • Cost: 1 Heart, 1 Lung, 1 Kidney, 1 Liver, 2 Components, and 50 Metallic stuff.
  • Fueling:
  • Runs on organ-ic fuel (Hearts, Lungs, Kidneys, or Livers).
  • 1 organ = ~2 years of operation.
  • No fuel = no growth, and existing organs die if power is lost.
Power: Needs 150W continuous power.

What You Can Grow:

Each organ takes time to mature and requires a skilled grower.
  • Heart (28 days, Min Skill: 8)
  • Liver (28 days, Min Skill: 8)
  • Kidney (19 days, Min Skill: 6)
  • Lung (22 days, Min Skill: 7)

Why Use It?

  • Transplants: Replace damaged or missing organs.
  • Trading: The black market has no idea these are bio-engineered organs.
  • Ethical concerns? That’s between you and your storyteller.

Thank you for supporting Organ Incubation! Feature suggestions and balance tweaks are always welcome. Also, while I have you here, don't go googling any of this—I don't want you landing on some type of list.
