This 1.6 version has been updated and some additional things tweaked:
-Added a gizmo to set the type of fuel allowed, it allows tiers of medicine equal or lower to the settings
-Changed the pawn behavior to prefer lower tiered medicine first, while obeying the filter
-Updated to allow mechs to refuel the IV
-Changed the icon sizing a bit so it wouldn't overflow the build menu.
-Changed the on/off toggle to now save the settings so it persists through loading.
