Please use the pews... (Ritual Seats Range Fix)

Update - 2/08/2026 Still working on adding compatibility with more mods ! The vanilla gladiator duel has been patched, but i want to make other modded rituals that don't use seats compatible as well !

Ever wanted to make an absolutely GARGANTUAN ritual room and ACTUALLY have your pawns sit on the dozens of masterwork pews/cushions placed all around the room, no matter how far they end up being from the ritual spot? Well, here you go !

Summary

This mod allows you to configure the max distance (in tiles) at which pawns will look for seats during Rituals! The vanilla limit of 18 tiles away from the altar is RIDICULOUSLY small if you're planning to make a ritual room slightly bigger than your usual 11x11 box, this mod changes this by allowing you to set the size of the gathering areas to a custom value ! (The initial value for the search range is 50 tiles max, this can be changed in the settings!) (The peeps inside the Rimworld Discord server helped me tremendously during my darkest hours... they have my eternal gratitude!!!)

(The mod patches GatheringsUtility so it will also affect party spots and anything else that uses the (GatheringsUtility.InGatheringArea) method!)

I'm currently working on adding a system which will find and add individual toggles to every loaded ritual to force enable to use of benches/ritual seats, i should be finished with that mid-september if everything goes well!)
