Adds two powered buildings that protect your colony from hostile psychic drones.
Adds two powered buildings that protect your colony from hostile psychic drones. The psychic drone dampener halves drone mood penalties, while the advanced shield projector fully counters them.
Counter moodlet only affects gender being targeted by the psychic drone.
Psychic Deaf/Dull/Sensitive/Hypersensitive traits affect the moodlet.
