Psychic rituals and Manhunter pulse rebalance
Change the cooldown time of all psychic rituals to 0.
Change the cooldown time of all psychic rituals to 0.
Reduce the time required for the Blood Rain ritual to 0.5 hours.
Summon flesh beasts and Summon shamblers now takes 1 hour, and the number of summons has been significantly increased.
Manhunter pulse can affect entities, significantly expanding the range of its effect.
