Adds a drug to link you to the world's psylink field.

Requires the research for teas from the tribal medicine mod
Takes 20 of every plant from it too, 20 broots, 20 berries, 20 red petals, 20 shrooms

Im also currently looking for a way to make consuming it make the pawn go catatonic or drop to the ground for day or two, but from what i can tell, the action of consuming a psylink neuroformer is completely different from eating something, so I can't do it from what I can tell
