Adds a "Randy Mode" toggle to the storyteller selection screen.
With it on, the chosen storyteller keeps its portrait, name, population curves and adaptation curves, but its home-map event pacing is replaced by Randy Random's scheduler. Any storyteller works, including modded ones - unrecognised comps are preserved rather than deleted.
The toggle is per-save and can be changed at any time from Options - Change storyteller.
