-This mod adds a version of the Eltex Staff that can be used as a ranged weapon.

·Unlike the vanilla Eltex Staff, it can be crafted at a Fabrication bench.
·Given its power level and intended design, the crafting recipe requires a ThrumboHorn. After all, the Thrumbo is said to be the most intelligent creature in the universe — it's only fitting that its horn would hold some psychic potential.
·Its quest reward tier is the same as the vanilla Eltex Staff. It can appear as a reward from quests of the same tier, and can also be offered as a relic.
·Because its underlying principle is "channeling the wielder's psychic energy," its ranged attack — the Psyfocus Gandr — bypasses shields and inflicts burns directly on the target.
