Added a hostile faction called Oberonia Violacea Warlord, fully armed with the Oberonia Aurea Empire.

Solved the regret of not being able to fight against the Oberonia Aurea Empire under normal circumstances.

This was the failure of an Oberonia Aurea Empire Research Department experiment on spatial anomalies in this rimworld, resulting in the emergence of another empire.
