Ratkin Race Fix

The mod that changes Ratkin Xenotype Pawn into HAR(humanoid alien race)-based Ratkins.
It works as the pawn generated, It checks if the pawn is Ratkin xenotype and replace them into HAR ratkin.
it requires biotech to function. you can't even run the game without it.
it has code inside the \about folder, you can edit with visual studio.
