Ratkin Skin Color Patch

Allows ratkin with the gene system to have diverse skin colors instead of only pure white, using vanilla Melanin skin color genes (1-9). Different xenotypes have different skin color preferences based on their lore.
让拥有基因系统的鼠族不再只有纯白肤色，而是根据不同亚种随机分配原版基因肤色（肤色1-9，基因肤色而非肤色基因）。
