RedPeacock

Adds two unique peafowl species to RimWorld: the Red Peacock and the Green Peafowl.

The Red Peacock is a genetically modified ornamental species, boasting fiery red-and-gold plumage—a living work of art bred for nobles and collectors. The Green Peafowl, in contrast, is a survivor of natural evolution, once pushed to the brink of extinction by habitat loss, now slowly recovering under conservation and captive-breeding efforts—though its wild numbers still remain far fewer than those of the Blue Peafowl.

Each species features its own distinct textures, and they are more expensive than ordinary peafowl, but are otherwise no different. They can be encountered in tropical rainforests, or purchased from exotic animal traders.

If Vanilla Animals Expanded is installed, different color variants of these peafowl can interbreed, with offspring randomly inheriting their plumage color from either parent.
