Added a little bit of code to make the mod support repeatable research projects using anomaly knowledge.
Correspondingly, added two levels of anomaly repeatable research projects.
I haven't systematically studied C#, so I hope there won't be any problems...
In addition, Simplified Chinese Translation has been added. Other languages only generate translation keys, but at least they are not garbled anymore（
