Rimatomics ↔ SOS2 Ship Heat Cooling Link

Stop rebuilding cooling towers every time your ship moves. This mod turns your Save Our Ship 2 ship's heat sinks into the cooling system for your Rimatomics reactor.

The problem
Rimatomics cooling buildings are nearly useless on an SOS2 ship:

Cooling Towers fail in vacuum (their cooling capacity drops to zero in space).
Water Stations need open water tiles, which don't exist in orbit.
Radiators only handle a tiny 25 kW and dump the heat into the room instead. And even when they do work, they take up valuable ship space and have to be dismantled every time the ship changes maps.
The solution — a numeric heat link
No physical pipes needed. While any SOS2 heat net (radiators) exists on the map:

Every tick, the reactor's current heat output (ThermalEnergy) is routed directly into the ship's heat network.
The ship's heat sinks act as the reactor's cooling: their total vent rate is converted into virtual Rimatomics cooling capacity.
The reactor console's "Cooling System Scale" now reflects your radiator count. Below 100% means your radiators are sufficient and the reactor will not overheat; above 100%, expect the ship to overheat and the reactor to overheat along with it.
In space, heat is vented into the void. On the ground (any map with an SOS2 heat net), it is vented into the surrounding rooms.

Setup

Wire up: reactor → steam pipe → turbine → any length of cooling pipe. A Rimatomics cooling building is NOT required.
Place enough SOS2 radiators / heat pipes to cover your reactor's output.
Optionally tune the conversion rate in Mod Settings (default: 200 kW per SOS2 heat unit).
Settings

kW per heat unit (default 200). Raise it if each radiator should absorb more reactor heat.

Compatibility

Plays nicely with other Rimatomics and SOS2 mods; no game-rule changes, patches apply only when both mods are present.
Known limitation: on the rare case of multiple disconnected heat nets on one map, the reactor links to the net with the most cooling capacity.
Safe to add to existing saves; nothing is written to the map or save beyond the heat-link values.
