This is a small, quality-of-life add-on for the exceptional RimIOT - Logistic Matrix mod by CNEIO.
Adds a single slider in Mod Settings controlling the per-cable draw, anywhere from 0 to 25W. This mod's default is set to 5W. The flat 100W base draw of each IOT connector and interface terminal is left untouched; only the per-cable cost changes. New networks update instantly; existing ones update on their next change (adding/removing a cable) or a save reload.
To ensure RimIOT - Cable Power Tuner loads properly, place it after RimIOT - Logistic Matrix.
