Rotary Gate

no speed penalty fence. + Rotating animation! Adds a "rotary gate" - a center-mounted revolving gate with four steel wings, based on real-world livestock rotary gates. Colonists walk straight through it at full speed (no movement penalty), but penned livestock cannot push past the turning wings. Unlike a door it never opens, so animals can never slip out behind a passing colonist, and nothing can be hauled or stored on top of it. Build one in a pen opening or just inside a barn door to let your people come and go freely while keeping your animals from escaping. Cost: 25 steel. Work to build: same as a door (850). Like a normal fence, it only stops animals that can be penned (cattle, sheep, muffalo, etc.); small creatures and predators that ignore fences can still pass. The actual in-game type is not a door, but a fence. To move animals into the pen, place an animal medical bed inside the pen, then attempt to anesthetize the animal for surgery. The doctor will carry the animal inside.
Aren't you tired of colonists constantly placing milk in front of doors, causing the cows to escape over and over again? The solution was a fence, but building fences always felt like, "This isn't quite right." So I looked for how this is actually done in the real world. A rotary gate!
