[S16] Beautiful Body Variants

The mod adds 5 alternative female body textures by adding new "fur" genes to existing xenotypes. There are 10 genes in total: 3 for standard medium body, 2 for standard small, 2 for standard big and 1 gene of each type for muscular bodies. The genes are mutually exclusive, so the texture is randomly chosen upon pawn generation.

SBTO and Beautiful Bodies are recommended, but not required.



Each xenotype has specific range of available body texture genes:





Vanilla Races Expanded - Highmate
added exclusion tag "Skin" to the Perfect Body gene, so the texture is randomly chosen between this mod's ones and original one, tech properties of the gene remain the same



Q: I encountered a bug
A: Please report using Log Publisher from HugsLib

Q: Will it work with X xenotype mod?
A: If it's listed as supported, yes. Otherwise a patch is required

Q: Can you add X mod compatability?
A: Probably, leave a comment

Q: Will it work with races which use non-vanilla body types?
A: No, HAR & co races are not supported rn

Q: Does it work with body retexture mods?
A: Yes, "fur" layer is rendered on top of body textures. Standard medium body has default texture path - which means if you are using Beautiful Bodies it will be it's "Naked Female" texture
The same for any other mods
If you don't use body retex mods the texture will remain vanilla

Q: Does the mod retexture any apparel as well?
A: No, everything is drawn within vanilla body shape +- outline thickness

Q: What about male, thin, hulk and fat bodies + ittakins?
A: They remain the same

Q: Can you rework/make a version to my own taste?
A: Generally no, but the mod has easily configurable XML + I am open for comissions
