The inspiration for this was sourced from the Edgerunners anime. The Sandevistan is a bionic spine implant which gives the ability to accelerate the user's nervous system allowing them to move at unnatural speed and perceive time at an accelerated rate. It gives implanted pawns an ability which when activated, allows them to move at extraordinary speed, ignore terrain movement penalties, and ignore slowdowns from attack impacts.
