Hold up! I can explain why you may need this.
Ever played with Voice Acted Radio Chatter? I know I do sometimes. And it really put me off when a random child my colony recruited suddenly spoke with JC Denton's voice.
And since the base mod doesn't have an option to turn off voices for specific colonists, I decided to make this tool mod that adds a dummy "Nothing" voice you can select for a colonist that gives them no voicelines whatsoever. This can be useful for, among other things, pawns that you just can't find a fitting voice for, like children.
Huge thanks to R41N for providing patch making templates which let me breeze through the modmaking process, even if I had to search up a few guides on how to compile .dll files.
