Add friendly and hostile medieval factions.
(Hostile and Permanent Hostile factions must be added at world creation time.)
These factions fill the gap between the Tribal and Outlander factions, with pawns equipped with weapons and clothing added by DLC; without DLC, they would be similar to the Tribal factions with plate armor; not all DLC is required, just one will work.
Cannot be used simultaneously with Medieval Raiders.
