Smelt Components for Steel

The ability to smelt components for metal!
Originally designed for a friend of mine who wished to play in a permanent Medieval period, and therefore had no use for components.

Adds both single and bulk smelting options for simple (industrial) components and advanced (spacer) components:

Simple components return 10 steel, as they require 12 to craft.
Advanced components return 18 steel, 8 plasteel, and 2 gold, as they require 20 steel, 10 plasteel and 3 gold (and you have to be mad to smelt them.)

Bulk varieties require 5 a component, and give 5 times their respective payouts.

Should be compatible with existing saves, and with any mods.
