How to Use
1. Open the Scenario Editor (or create a new custom scenario).
2. Click "Add part" and find "Start with slaves" or "Start with prisoners".
3. (Optional) Configure the count, source mode, and options.
4. Start your game — the designated pawns will be processed automatically on map load.
OR play with a premade scenario:
Slavers Start
Load Order
Harmony → Core → Ideology (optional) → Character Editor/EdB Prepare Carefully (optional) → Start With Slaves and Prisoners
Compatibility
• Compatible with Character Editor
- There is no indicator on the Character Editor screen that your last n colonists will come out Slave or Prisoner, but they will.
- If you change the order of colonists in this screen, the last n will still be as designated, Slave or prisoner; in other words, the designation stays with the slot, not the pawn.
• Compatible with EdB Prepare Carefully
- There is no indicator on the Prepare Carefully screen that your last n colonists will come out Slave or Prisoner, but they will.
- If you change then number of colonists in Prepare Carefully, the last n will still be as designated, Slave or Prisoner; in other words, the designation floats to the new slots. There will be no visual indicator of this happening.
- Character Editor will show vanilla apparel, not apparel that is actually equipped by this mod. Changing clothes in Character Editor will seem possible, but it is not.
• Compatible with Time as a slave
- In Testing, starting slaves were given a timer update, setting Time as a slave to 0.
• Add/Remove Freely
- This mod should be safe to add / remove from the game at any time; the mod only affects things that happen in the new game startup process.
Integrations
The following mods' apparels will show up as options for starting slaves or prisoners, if installed:
Ball and Chain bodystrap
Prisoner Jumpsuits
Make 'em wear stripes
Simple Slavery Collars
Star Wars Slave Bikini Outfit
Notes
• Slaves require the Ideology DLC. The slave part is hidden when Ideology is not installed; you can still have prisoners without Ideology.
• This Mod is a beta version. Core functionality is tested in 1.6, but extensive testing is not done. Consider this mod unstable, for testing only, until 1.0 release.
