Steal Passion Ritual

Adds a psychic ritual to transfer the passions from a victim to the invoker. The quality of the ritual determines what the chance of transferring each passions is, becoming 100% at 90% ritual quality.

Requires the research "Philophagy" and a shard to begin.

The victim will suffer serious brain damage, a coma and possibly death.
