Targeted Summon Creep Joiner

This is a simple mod that allows you to target and summon a specific Creep Joiner using a psychic ritual rather than relying purely on random luck.

Invoking the ritual costs a single shard, and it carries a risk of failure. The ritual requires the advanced psychic rituals research project. Theoretically, it is compatible with custom Creep Joiners from any other expansion or race mods.
