Adds:
- Tear gas shell (10 steel, 5 herbal medicine)
- Tear gas gas launcher (75 steel, 4 component, 20 herbal medicine)
- Tear gas IED (2 tear gas shells)
You'll need to research gas operation to start making these items.
Pawns wearing a gas mask or other form of protection are unaffected.
