Adds a ritual to venerate thrumbos.

Requires Custom Ritual Framework.
When the thrumbos pass, your Animals specialist will get a chance to lead a ritual at any Nature Shrine, communing with nature and feeling its presence to connect with the thrumbos. If the ritual goes well, participants feel a oneness with animals, getting a bonus to taming and training for a period. If the ritual goes really well, there's even a chance for an taming Inspiration! Befriend the passing thrumbo.
