Mid game compatible?
No, unfortunately you'll have to start a new game for it to take affect.
Gravship Expanded Compatible?
Should be, although it's functions will likely work like they do in space. (also traveling in a caravan does not drain pawn oxygen)
Animals, fish, plants?
Also turned off, however insects should still be able to operate in the environment due to their vac resistance.
