Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Better Empty Bins Job

The bins added in VFE fill up as they collect filth, and stop doing so once they're full. In what i consider to be an oversight, the job to automatically empty the bins is set to "Cleaning," which means you either need to manually stay on top of it, or have a pawn going around cleaning anyway.

This mod changes the job from "Cleaning" to "Basic."

P.S. If you have FSF Complex Jobs installed and you want to change the job to "Rearm," because you're basically rearming the bins, or don't perhaps want your basic pawns on such a somewhat intensive task, you can edit the XML and change "BasicWorker" to "FSFRearming." The mod will never update, so there's no chance your change will be overridden.
