Vanilla Textures Expanded - Remove (Almost) All Toolbar Icons

Selectively removes all toolbar icons, except for the Menu, Character Editor, and Database icons at the far right.

I didn't like that the option in Vanilla Textures Expanded was either all icons or no icons, especially since a good number of mods which add tabs at the bottom don't have icons. As such, I created this mod, which pretty much reverts the look of the bottom bar to what it was before you added Vanilla Textures Expanded XD since its config to remove all icons even removes the icons of the Achievements tab and the Character Editor tab.
