Adds the Void Specialist role to the Inhuman and Ritualist memes. The role grants +150% entity study rate and efficiency, +50% entity suppression, as well as a +50% psychic ritual quality, and a teeny tiny 4% increase to mental break threshold, because of the horrors. The specialist ability is void suggestion, which grants nearby pawns +30% entity study rate and efficiency.
They cannot mine or do manual dumb labour and the optional apparel requirements are the ceremonial hood, cultist mask, and lab coat.
