Adds an xml modextension that tags some android features as mentally affecting, and applies that tag to the appropriate hardware/subroutines for VRE - Android and Vanilla Android Genes Unofficially Expanded. Items without this tag can be changed for awakened androids, since everyone is OK with a hardware upgrade.Dependencies
- Vanilla Races Expanded - Android - required; this mod extends it and must load after it.
