VRE Androids and PMP2 Integrated

The artificial beings of the Rim have more in common than not. In a reasonable world, they'd probably stick together.

This is a simple XML mod that makes the VRE androids spawn in the Mechhive faction from Persona Mechanoid Pawns 2. The mechhive traders will now also sell android parts and reactors, making it so that you no longer have to defeat every single mechanoid boss and research androidtech to fix your droid friends - Simply trade with the Civil Mechhive base instead.

About 30% of all pawns in the Civil Mechhive will be androids. Due to PMP2 doing something with xenotype chances I couldn't quite figure out, both of these xenos are shown as having a 100% spawn chance, but this is wrong, and the mod otherwise works as intended.

What this mod does not do is unify the two xenotypes' body part systems or make them cross-compatible in any way. That'd be way out of the scope of a rudimentary XML mod like this one, and would make the world feel smaller anyway.
