This version:
- Strips out the .dlls and comps, making it a lightweight, pure XML mod.
- As a consequence, a few canonically single-gender Pokémon may not spawn that way, and there's no toggle to disable crossbreeding.
- I also added missing ToolCapacity defs to fix errors associated with some moves.
I made this for guaranteed compatibility/peace-of-mind with Rimworld Multiplayer and other mods, to keep it lightweight, and as a fix for those startup errors.
