Just an old hat full of tricks.
By not-quite-popular demand; The Wizard hat.
It's a crap hat, with some OP stats, that I made to compensate for there being blackpowder weapons in a save that I was too invested in to restart. So now every musket wielder is RP'd as a wizard.
